Our friend Sylvan Creach, who travels at his own expense to all the Witnesses Now For Jesus conferences and shoots videos of all the talks and posts them to YouTube is going on a mission trip to the Philipines. Below is the email he sent to a few of us seeking support for his trip. Please consider supporting him in this endeavor.

Hi Everyone,

This February 2019, I will be traveling, with a mission team to Mount Pinatubo, Aeta Villages in N. Luzon, Philippines.  Aeta pastors are trained in order to go back into their villages to serve their tribal members.  The Aeta are an indigenous tribe descended from the Aborigines of Australia and have lived in the mountains around Mt. Pinatubo for centuries.   Many of their villages were inundated and many are still recovering from an eruption of that still active volcano in the ‘90’s.  Also, many villagers have lost their thatched-roofed, clay homes to the typhoons that are rampant in the Philippines.

Assisting at the Pastor’s Conference will include ministering to pastors, spouses, couples and children along with a focus on 2 church building dedications in remote areas, baptism and the Aeta dream “running water.”  In 2018, there were 100+ new Christians who were baptized and 60+ young Aeta adults were ministered to, plus chiropractic medical treatments.

In addition, one Aeta Pastor walked 13 hours to get to the conference.   Then, we will trek, by 4-wheel drive vehicle, over rough terrain, and through shallow rivers, amidst the stirred-up, still prevalent lava dust, to get visit several Aeta villages. At each location we will love-on, minister to, and pass out relief packages to the children and adult tribal members in the village.

The value of actually going to a country and touching the people is immense. Last year when a team visited the Aeta, they said, “We have not been forgotten by God.” And yet, not everyone can go because of commitments, finances, or even desire. Still, they are willing to participate through helping those that can and want to go with both financial support and prayer. This is what I am asking of you.

Each member of our mission team, sent out by Bear Valley Church in Lakewood, Colorado, must cover his or her own travel expenses. The airline ticket ($1100) along with housing, food, transportation and other miscellaneous expenses will total approximately $1,800.  Any contribution you can give to make this outreach a reality for me would be gratefully appreciated via online:

You will have the option to select my name or the team.  A receipt, sent in 2018, from BVC will confirm your tax-deductible contribution.

Here is a video they had me put together that talks about the Aeta people…

Blessings in the Name of Jesus,
